Delete your account and data

From inside the game

1. Open TuckTuck.
2. Go to Profile → Settings.
3. Choose Delete account and confirm.

You can cancel from the same screen at any point during the 7-day window.

Use the form on this page. Sign in with the Google or email account you use in TuckTuck and submit the request. The app does not need to be installed.

If you play as a guest

A guest account has no email address or password, so there is no way to prove it is yours from a browser. Delete it from inside the game, or simply uninstall — a guest account is tied to that installation. If you need help, contact [support email — to be confirmed].

What gets deleted

After the 7-day window passes, we erase:

• your sign-in identity;
• your profile, handle, and avatar;
• your published covers, captions, and comments;
• your follows, followers, likes, and saved covers;
• your inventory, equipped items, wallet, and gameplay ledger;
• reports you filed and moderation records identifying you;
• your product-event records and notifications;
• the deletion request itself, and audit entries that identify you.

Unpublished drafts stay only on the device where you made them. A website request cannot reach that local storage; clear the app data or uninstall the app to remove those drafts.

What is kept, and why

Only records Canadian law requires us to keep. If you made a real-money purchase, the minimum accounting evidence for that transaction is retained for about 6 years after the end of the relevant tax year, held separately from your gameplay data.

We keep nothing else — no fraud profile, no moderation history, no telemetry archive, and no deletion receipt. Full detail is in our Privacy Policy.
