Delete some data without deleting your account
You can keep your TuckTuck account and delete individual creations. Open your own published cover, open its options menu, choose Delete cover, and confirm. For your own comment or reply, open its options and choose delete. You can also remove a like, unsave a cover, or unfollow a player using the same control.
To request deletion without the app, email support@tucktuck.app with the subject “TuckTuck content deletion”, your handle, and a link or description identifying the content. State that you want to keep your account. We verify ownership before acting; never send your password.
A deleted cover is hidden immediately and its image files and comments are queued for cleanup, with retries if needed. Comment deletion clears its text and displayed author details; a thread placeholder can remain. Minimal deletion markers and related gameplay, purchase, reward, report, and event records can remain while the account exists. Deleting content is not a refund and does not reset your wardrobe or balances. A support request is reviewed after ownership verification; we will confirm its scope and timing. Individual content deletion does not use the account's seven-day cancellation window.
From inside the game
- Open TuckTuck.
- Go to Profile → Settings.
- Choose Delete account and confirm.
You can cancel from the same screen at any point during the 7-day window.

Use the form on this page. Sign in with the Google or email account you use in TuckTuck and submit the request. The app does not need to be installed.
If you play as a guest
A guest account has no email address or password, so there is no way to prove it is yours from a browser. Request deletion inside the game before uninstalling. Uninstalling removes local data but does not itself request deletion of your server account. If you have already uninstalled or need help, contact support@tucktuck.app.
What gets deleted
After the 7-day window passes, we erase:
- your sign-in identity;
- your profile, handle, and avatar;
- your published covers, captions, and comments;
- your follows, followers, likes, and saved covers;
- your inventory, equipped items, wallet, and gameplay ledger;
- reports you filed and moderation records identifying you;
- your product-event records and notifications;
- the deletion request itself, and audit entries that identify you.
Unpublished drafts stay only on the device where you made them. A website request cannot reach that local storage; clear the app data or uninstall the app to remove those drafts.
What is kept, and why
In our gameplay backend, we retain only records Canadian law requires us to keep. If you made a real-money purchase, the minimum accounting evidence for that transaction is retained for about 6 years after the end of the relevant tax year, held separately from your gameplay data.
After erasure, we keep no voluntary copy in our gameplay database — no fraud profile, no moderation history, no first-party gameplay-event archive, and no deletion receipt. We also request deletion of your RevenueCat customer; that provider queues erasure asynchronously and failed requests are retried. This does not delete your Google account or payment records Google Play is required to retain. Full detail is in our Privacy Policy.
Google Analytics and Unity Diagnostics use separate app or installation identifiers and are not automatically erased by this account-deletion form. Unity's default diagnostic retention is 90 days. Analytics retains event-level data for 2 months and user-level data for 14 months, resetting user retention with new activity; aggregate reports are separate. Contact the privacy address above to request access or deletion of those records. We may need installation details to locate them and will explain any limitations. See our privacy policy for details.
