Child Safety Standards

TuckTuck is intended for ages 16+ and is not directed to children. PlayMinima has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation.

Our standard

PlayMinima prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in every form. This covers, without exception:

  • child sexual abuse material (CSAM), real, drawn, stylised, or generated;
  • sexualisation of a minor in any image, styling, caption, or comment;
  • grooming, sexual solicitation, or sexualised contact directed at a minor;
  • trafficking, sextortion, or the trading of any of the above;
  • content that normalises, promotes, or seeks such material.

This standard is part of our Community Guidelines and our Terms of Use.

Age of our audience

TuckTuck is intended for ages 16+. It is not designed for, marketed to, or intended to appeal to children. We do not knowingly allow anyone under 16 to hold an account. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under that age, we delete it and its content.

How to report

  • In the game — every cover, comment, and profile can be reported. Choose the sexual content reason. If context is needed, send it separately to the child safety email below and include the reported account or cover handle.
  • By email — write to our child safety contact: support@tucktuck.app. Put “Child safety” in the subject line so it is prioritised.

Our designated child safety point of contact is support@tucktuck.app.

What we do about a report

  1. A person reviews the report. CSAE reports are handled ahead of other reports.
  2. Confirmed violating content is removed.
  3. The account responsible is blocked permanently.
  4. We report apparent child sexual abuse material to the appropriate authority, including Cybertip.ca in Canada and, where applicable, the U.S. National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), and we preserve the evidence the law requires us to preserve.

A block for CSAE is permanent and is not lifted on appeal in the ordinary course.

Compliance

These standards are published to meet Google Play’s Child Safety Standards policy for apps with social features, and to satisfy our obligations under Canadian law relating to the mandatory reporting of internet child pornography by persons who provide an internet service. A final review of the reporting workflow and record-keeping by Quebec counsel is still outstanding.
